Do I need a referral?
Not for self-pay. Some insurers may require one — the booking portal flags this before you confirm, based on your policy.
How long is the first visit?
Consultation length varies based on the speciality - doctor, physio, chiro - with longer initial consultations (30-60 minutes) and shorter follow-ups (30-45 minutes). Please arrive a few minutes early for intake, and session duration can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Will I get a treatment plan?
Yes—your care will include a personalized, milestone-based plan so you always know what comes next.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Partners, parents, translators — all welcome.
What if I need imaging?
We don't have imaging at our Abu Dhabi clinic. X-ray, DEXA and ultrasound are available at DISC Diagnostics, our imaging centre in Dubai Healthcare City. We'll send the referral and share the report with your Abu Dhabi clinician. You can also bring existing scans to your appointment.
